Since I moved back to Brazil, in September this year, I've had the opportunity to learn a bit more about how different teams in four different companies work. One of them really caught my attention when they mentioned they are organising themselves internally in smaller groups called Squads.

I've never really heard anyone talking about internal processes like these guys did and their brief introduction to how they work made a lot of sense to me so I decided to do some homework and learn more about this Squad system.

Some personal highlights:

• Smaller multidisciplinary groups
• Avoid the cascade/domino effect (like Gantt, etc)
• Continuous minor updates
• Updates are independent from each other
• Alignment leads to autonomy
